The Atrium offers a variety of leases that begin on August 18th each year. You may be interested in one year lease. If you will not be planning to stay in the Champaign/ Urbana area for the full twelve months, we offer a lease that will expire in May . Perhaps you will only live in our area for a few months, we may be able to accomodate you with one of our more flexible short term leases. Whatever your need for housing, we can help.

12-month Lease

The Atrium offers one year leases beginning August 18th and ending August 13th.  The rates on these leases begin at $380/ month.

Less than 12-month Lease

We also offer 9.5-month leases beginning August 18th and ending May 30th.  These leases begin at $450/ month.

Short-term Leases

On a very limited basis we offer Fall One-Semester Leases and Executive Leases.  Please contact the Atrium office to see if there are any available.

Other Leases
Depending on occupancy we are sometimes able to offer leases beginning different times of the year.  Call the office for further details.

Other Fees
Everyone pays a $200 damage deposit and $25 application fee.
